Values-Based, ACT-Informed Coaching

I offer time-limited, non-therapeutic coaching for people who want to examine patterns, clarify values, and make conscious choices in their lives.

This work is informed by:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles
  • Existential psychology
  • Reflective and responsibility-oriented frameworks

Coaching focuses on:

  • Clarifying values and directions
  • Identifying habitual patterns and avoidance
  • Developing psychological flexibility
  • Strengthening self-authorship and choice

This is not therapy and does not involve diagnosis, treatment, advice-giving, or trauma processing. Coaching is offered within clear boundaries and agreed goals.
