Values-Based, ACT-Informed Coaching
I offer time-limited, non-therapeutic coaching for people who want to examine patterns, clarify values, and make conscious choices in their lives.
This work is informed by:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles
- Existential psychology
- Reflective and responsibility-oriented frameworks
Coaching focuses on:
- Clarifying values and directions
- Identifying habitual patterns and avoidance
- Developing psychological flexibility
- Strengthening self-authorship and choice
This is not therapy and does not involve diagnosis, treatment, advice-giving, or trauma processing. Coaching is offered within clear boundaries and agreed goals.
